Our Evergreen Room, located in our spacious clubhouse, is nestled into a beautifully landscaped hillside which will provide a lovely setting for a reception worthy of the most important day of your life. Additionally, our new patio, overlooking a cascading waterfall with stone work and beautiful flower garden, provide the atmosphere for your outdoor wedding you have always dreamed about.
Pictures last a lifetime and you'll find a plethora of opportunities on and around our manicured golf course. A picture on a bridge, a pond, lush shrubbery, around a bubbling stream are just a sampling of opportunities for your photographer.
We offer numerous food and beverage options to fit your budget, plus a complete package that makes your choice simple. Our chef and wedding coordinator will work with you to develop the exact menu you desire.
The Evergreen room with its Frank Lloyd Wright decor with 15 foot vaulted ceilings, cherry stained panel accents, and plush carpeting with a portable dance floor. Fashionable round tables are circled by comfortable dining chairs while chandeliers sparkle overhead. The maximum capacity of the room is 290 which allows for ample space for dining and dancing.
As part of your Evergreen experience we offer a secure, private Bride's Room for you to relax and get ready in. The room can also serve as a place to store your gifts and decorations.
Our spacious outdoor patio is surrounded by lush landscaping featuring prairie grasses, perennial flowers, extensive stone work and a water fall and is available for outdoor weddings, pictures, hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Our patio also has a canopy roof to provide for your guests comfort, regardless of the weather.
Everyone at Evergreen is dedicated to providing you and your guests the ultimate experience in hospitality and service. We have a professional event coordinator who will assist you through your wedding preparations and will be there to ensure your special day is truly a memorable event.

the Pavilion @ Evergreen
The Pavilion is our three-season outdoor option and is located just steps away from our clubhouse. Permanently enclosed on two sides with drop downs for the other two ends, you will be protected from the weather. The Pavilion is designed to give up to 250 guests a relaxed outdoor experience in a 4,000 square foot pavilion.
The Pavilion @ Evergreen is perfect for events that you want to keep casual and outdoors...weddings, receptions, family reunions, parties, banquets, the list goes on.

“Evergreen was beyond amazing for our wedding! Joyce and her staff are professional, timely, friendly! Communication was great and timely as well! The evergreen room was beautiful and the staff took care of our every need! The outdoor patio and bar area were great because it allowed guests to get away from the dancing if they chose.
